T Yoke & Washer, is made of pure iron. It is an integral part of the sound unit. When the speaker is powered off, the magnetic field disappears, and its magnetism also disappears immediately. Therefore, the purity of t iron will directly affect the working efficiency of the sound unit and some important parameters of nonlinear distortion. Related to the t iron is the splint, both of which are components of the sound unit. The thickness of the splint directly affects the stroke of the sound unit. For a long-stroke unit, the T iron and the splint are very thick, and they can basically make the entire stroke of the voice coil cut the magnetic field line. The smaller the gap between the splint and the T iron center column, the smaller the power required for the voice coil movement, and the higher the efficiency of the sound unit.

T iron is the base of the speaker and is a more important part of the speaker. Its quality directly affects the sound quality of the speaker. The raw material of t iron mainly considers the carbon content, plasticity and other factors. However, higher carbon content will affect the sound quality.

T Yoke & U yoke is generally made of low carbon steel, called SPCC.

Because the low magnetic permeability will be better, it is generally made of SPCC, and then electroplated with chrome.

T Yoke & Washer Production process: pickling-drawing-section-cold heading-annealing-cold heading-shot peening-galvanizing. Some need to carry out drilling, tapping and so on.

From the perspective of production technology, t iron is a product with a large amount of cold heading deformation, and has high requirements for the surface quality and plasticity of raw materials.
